What Is This Tool?

Cummins has one for setting valve lash, 6 inlbs preloaded.

Adjust at 6 and torque the jam nut to spec.
Needs to be slightly tight to account for thread class and stretch of the adjuster when the jam nut is torqued.

Haven't used one in a long time for setting valve lash.
I did take my Wheeler Fat Wrench to work and use it on injector connections and such though.
