I heard this one from a co-worker a couple of years ago, and it still makes me chuckle, as I think he was sincere:
"He's all smoke and no mirrors!" ("Smoke and mirrors" + "All hat and no cattle," or "all sizzle and no steak.")
This one was uttered by a contestant, referring to himself, on the show Forged in Fire this weekend:
"Live and let learn." ("Live and let live" + "Live and learn.")

The Six of one, a half dozen of the other is a phrase often used, at least around here, to mean indecision, uncertain choices, or a who knows situation when commenting on a choice or outcome when it's some sort of toss up. It's common to hear and every one knows exactly is meant by it. (Ha, that's funny, knowing exactly what is meant about an inconconclusive situation and outcome, I love the English language).
