Value help on Garmin hand held Oregon gps unit.

Wondering about the value of an Garmin Oregon 550t gps with digital camera unit. Thinking of taking it in on a trade and will probably resell it. Excellent condition. Any idea what it is worth?

I see one on Fleabay for $180 and a used one on Amazon for $249.
