Very good! Thanks for posting this one. I've seen a bunch of her YouTube videos but missed this one.

Awesome rendition of one of the greatest 60"s classic songs still being played by artist of different backgrounds. ..... In the 60"s actually attended a live concert ( Eric Burdon and the Animals) on free tickets received for services rendered for repairing a couple stage speaker boxes that had been damaged during transit. Glad to see some of the great songs / music being kept alive. ....... drill sgt.

Nice, who's the little guy drumming?

I really admire that young lady. She definitely deserves a larger audience.

A few years ago I started appreciating people who interpret classic rock songs with their classical instruments. It brings a whole new dimension to the piece. To that end I have to share my favorite band, 2CELLOS, who are absolutely amazing. Here is their interpretation of the U2 song, With or Without You… crank it up!

Our local news ruined street performers with amps for me.

They did a story on three of them who were begging for donations at the strip malls here.

Two adults and two children under 12 y.o.

Or group had a sax, one had a violin and the third had a flute.

The kids walked the area with plastic pitchers while music played.

Well turns out that the people with instruments didn't play squat,

They were miming the whole deal and it was pre recorded music with three or four instruments accompanying it.

When the news crew asked for songs without the amp.
They loaded up and hauled ass.

Unfortunately, it seems 2CELLOS quit touring about two years ago.

Thus the metric system did not really catch on in the States, unless you count the increasing popularity of the nine-millimeter bullet.
