First snow of the year!
A lot of you know my plan to retire to the Western Montana mountains in 14 years.

Contrary to many, the older I get, the more i love the cold. After spending my first 31 years in Florida, there's something about the first snow! Makes me glad to be able to see it.

Nine years to retirement! Just waiting!

Very nice!

We're getting the first snow of the year today as well. They're calling for ~3-6 inches, starting in a couple hours.

It’s not the first snow of the season that you have to worry about it’s the 50th!
But seriously, congrats on your upcoming move / retirement

Might get some flurries in Indiana this Wednesday. Mostly mild winters where we live, last year no measurable snow. That was unusual as normally Mother Nature does treat us to several inches or more.
