It doesn't matter what he does - there's absolutely nothing he can do to change it. It's just a reality of life, and it's an obvious reality of life. When someone refuses to accept reality, they are known as a nutcase, or nut job, or kooky, or nuttier than a jar full of peanuts, or has a screw loose. When others refer to him as a her of a she, they're kind of making a nutcase out of themselves.
