Why don’t you fix your little

In the past, I could transfer a handgun to my nephew. Easy.

Now I am not so sure, he is 19 and a resident. I know the law explicitly states he cannot possess or purchase under 18 and he cannot purchase until he is 21. But can he Possess a handgun? Can it be transferred from a family member?

I am just not sure what I can do here.

Not sure about the age thing, I believe it was allowed to gift a hand gun to 18-20 year olds before, no clue now. Either way you will need to go to FFL now to transfer.
