I feel bad for our Forum members here stuck behind CA lines - but the general urban population of CA can reep what it sows. My only wish is that they remain there and enjoy what they have created. (CA is not the only State in this situation - they just like being the front-runner)

Look no Further than DC where the D response to the new rally is to put up a fence and call in the national guard to further enhance the image of right wing extremist ideology. Pelosi is using this event and making comments in the news about Trump and his rogue rally supporters, further pushing the relationship to the extreme right and the press prints it.

Most knew the recall was going to fail from day one, no R will ever win an election in CA for governor or POTUS, it's not a 1 or 2 % state its a 12 to 15% margin state.

All it did was empower the left and Newsome who can stand on this as some kind of justification of everything he's done now and will continue to do..

All of the poor black folks in America can't be forced into showing some form of identification to vote. Its oppressive and racist but LA county can force them into showing proof of vaccination. Hmm...

Yay. More insane taxes and crazy policies. As a recent refugee from the failed socialist state of CA, I feel bad for my right leaning friends still in CA. But I too have similar ultra leftist acquaintances on Facebook that post insane things about staying blue in CA etc. It’s just crazy. I am so glad I am free now in the Great state of Florida. Just can’t believe I didn’t do this years ago.

If you're open to it, I'd love an email describing your experience. Where you were in CA, pros/cons of the move to FL (not just 2A but cultural, social, economical - what daily life like vs here). Compare / contrast living there vs here.

First hand experience is valuable to know.

It was an uphill battle for sure but we have to keep trying. I'm proud of Larry Elder.

To be fair, Idaho and Tennessee have more to worry about. A significant amount of coworkers and people in my “extended circle” have left CA in the last couple years.

None went to Florida. One family group went to Texas. The rest, which is a lot, went to Idaho and Tennessee.

Oh, and one to South Dakota.
