If it's already factored in, why are we even trying?

Some of you guys kill me in the race to the bottom to see who can be the most cynical and negative.

I posted an article I found. I did not post that I believe it to be right or wrong. I sure hope he wins, but the evidence that Democrats cheat is quite well known. What does closing your eyes and ears to that possibility achieve? I'm quite sure Mr. Elder is aware of the problem he has to overcome as well.

from the video about the people who were told they already voted;

it says ""provided a provisional ballot - the failsafe option to ensure no one is turned away from voting"

What BS. "failsafe" - these people had their vote stolen. Highly likely their vote was nullified by cheating

They should get two 'provisional' ballots. One to nullify their stolen ballot and one for their real vote.

What does endlessly harping on this possibility without offering any new information achieve? Root achieved a paycheck by getting something he wrote published. Does citing his article make you look like a sophisticated political insider, are you answering a question no one else has answered, or are you just wringing your hands?

None of the above. Of course your post obviously applies to anyone who posts articles or links to them in this thread...or does it?

If none of the above, then why bother linking to an article with no new information in it? And, yes, that would apply to any article of the same kind.

Some Republican Voters in California Recall Say Computers Show They Already Voted When They Haven’t

Estelle Bender is a Republican. The people she spoke to who experienced this are also Republicans. This cannot be a coincidence.

KTLA reported that staffers at the El Camino Real Charter High School polling station told some San Fernando Valley voters they already voted.

The article buried an important detail: It happened to self-identified Republicans.

Estelle Bender, 88, told KTLA she went to the high school at 10:30. She gave a woman her ballot, who scanned it. The woman then told her, “You voted.” Bender replied, “No, I haven’t.”

Bender said the woman older it “has been happening all morning.”

“The man next to me was arguing the same thing,” stated Bender.

So Bender filled out a provisional ballot, but the situation made her “really angry.”

Bender left but told two women coming towards her to not be shocked if they’re told to fill out the provisional ballot.

The ladies told Bender the staffers already told them they voted and they had to fill out the provisional ballot.

Then Bender drops the bomb when she asked the women, “Are you by any chance Republicans?”

“And she said ‘yes.’ And I said, ‘So am I,'” explained Bender.

The lady announced the others with her identified as Republicans, too. Bender said another person she spoke to at another polling place had the same issue who just happened to be a Republican.

The reporter asked Bender if the fact that they are all Republicans made her suspicious. She was more gracious than me, giving him a little “um, duh” laugh, but responded yes.

“I’d still like to know how I voted,” Bender asserted.

"Some things are apparent. Where government moves in, community retreats, civil society disintegrates and our ability to control our own destiny atrophies. The result is: families under siege; war in the streets; unapologetic expropriation of property; the precipitous decline of the rule of law; the rapid rise of corruption; the loss of civility and the triumph of deceit. The result is a debased, debauched culture which finds moral depravity entertaining and virtue contemptible."

I hope every Californian who is conservative gets up and goes to vote. No time for staying home.

even after they were caught cheating in the last election, they're so emboldened to do it again, they don't even disguise it any more.

I suppose the reason is that no one was prosecuted or lined up against a wall

Would it be possible to get all the people who had their votes 'cast for them' together for a class action lawsuit against the state for election malfeasance? Mass voter disenfranchisement maybe?

If it's limited to just one precinct, maybe all the votes in that precinct could be invalidated and a new polling take place?

I've come to realize that those in elected office don't give two shits about election integrity/fraud. Hell, better than half of them are likely there because of it.

It's been damned near a year since fraud and shady illegal practices cost us a presidential election. Has any state legislature passed any laws to prevent this from happening again? I rest my case.

There is absolutely no good reason to not go back to the way it used to be. In person non-computerized voting with valid identification ONLY. No early voting, and absentee only with a damned good reason.

Texas just did, that is why the Dem State Reps went to DC to bust the quorum.
We have a good Gov and Lt. Gov and Attny General here fighting for Conservative values.

Gov Abbott kept calling Special Sessions so they either stayed away all summer and fall or they came back and voted. Done

Just got home after voting. No scanning of my ballot, just dropped it in the box and was on my way. It was quick and painless. Hopefully that commie pos is voted out

I voted in person. Pretty easy. Took me longer to find a parking spot at the elementary school.

Regardless of the outcome, I hope it scares Newsome and his cronies not to disregard 40-50% of the state.

Yeah, it's kinda hard to see how someone could've missed that.

California gov is run top to bottom by Dems, all one team. They would never do anything to help election integrity. They work together to steal and defraud. They have no shame.
