I didn't know eating wrappers was a problem.

Why not? It says it contains at least 30% recycled fiber and God knows we need fiber. Smile

Crazy thing is, anytime there is a warning then it means someone did it. Like don’t blow dry your hair while sitting in a bathtub.

There are many stupid warnings and labels on products.

As hjs157 implied, these are the outcomes of stupid people doing something stupid.

"It did not really matter what we expected from life, but rather what life expected from us. We needed to stop asking about the meaning of life, and instead to think of ourselves as those who were being questioned by life – daily and hourly. Our answer must consist not in talk and meditation, but in right action and in right conduct. Life ultimately means taking the responsibility to find the right answer to its problems and to fulfill the tasks which it constantly sets for each individual." Viktor Frankl, Man's Search for Meaning, 1946.

Airline peanuts have a warning label that eating peanuts may be harmful to people with peanut allergies.

Lowest common denominator of airline passengers.

Situation awareness is defined as a continuous extraction of environmental information, integration of this information with previous knowledge to form a coherent mental picture in directing further perception and anticipating future events. Simply put, situational awareness mean knowing what is going on around you.

In the late ‘90’s I bought a bathtub mat that goes in the tub to help keep you from slipping. On the bottom side (with the suction cups) was embossed the warning: “THIS SIDE DOWN”. I’m thinking if you can’t figure that out you shouldn’t be allowed to bathe without supervision.
