What is your earliest childhood memory of a 'news' event?
I'm an '86 baby & was 26 days old when Challenger happened, so obviously don't remember it.

After that, I recall the OJ chase/trial, Princess Diana's death, Oklahoma City bombing, Columbia & 9/11 as being big events.
