911BossTax guys... a little help, simple (I think) question on form 709...
Trying to help my Dad out, simple 1040 non-itemized return for his retirement income. That’s is all done but he gifted some cash to my brother and I that broke the $15K mark so needs to do a 709.
I am pretty sure I have it figured out, but would like to clarify one point to be sure before sending it in.
Please email if you can answer 1-2 basic questions on the process.
Thanks in advance...

StramboI don't know anything about it...but yesterday a caller to Dave Ramsey's show said his dad was gifting him $50k. Ramsey told him there was a form to file where declare something like it is a gift from the estate "unified estate tax credit."
