wolfe 21Anybody driving a 24/25 Tacoma?
Just wondering if anyone is driving a new body style Tacoma? What do you think of it, especially the new turbo engine and if you have a manual transmission.
I've needed a new daily for a while, but nobody makes anything that excites me and I'm tired of driving third hand shit I have to work on monthly to keep it running. I don't want to pay 50k for a Tacoma, but the used market here stinks.

flesheatingvirusI got to rent one of the turbos when I was on a business trip. It had some balls on the freeway. I liked the changes to the interior. I have owned a 2016 since they first came out. Granted, my experience was limited to that one trip over a few days. I’m not a huge fan of the new body style, too.

With the new body style, is there any more legroom for the driver? I really wanted a Tacoma, but my long legs jammed against the steering wheel even with the seat all the way back.

Difficult to say. I haven't had that issue, so I wasn't really looking for it. Sorry!

wolfe 21My guess would be not. My father has a new Frontier and I'm somewhat cramped at 6-1 and 34" inseam. I'm imagining the taco would be similar. I understood the power seat to do more for the awkward seating position of the tacoma by raising the front of the seat. Make it feel more like a truck than the car seating position because of the flat floor pan.

I need 2.5" more than you do.
