Call or stop in the local office. Tehy will make a appointment to call you back if you want to do it over the phone. I always found them helpful when the system changed a few months back. | |||

ORC, I'm hoping to keep it personal. rscalzo, there is no local office, closest one may be an hour or more away and I can't leave home for that long at the moment.
