I never got into Seinfeld...

dsietsI'm willing to bet Jerry gets more recognition than he wants in public and could't care less.
But I think it would be fun to say "out of the picture Seinfeld! No pic for you!"

The cars he drives in his new series aren't his, you know.

Not that there's anything wrong with that.

You may not like Jerry Seinfeld, but to think he has
zero talent whatsoever is absurd. The guy is one of the funniest
clean stand up comedians in the last 50 years. And spearheading perhaps the most successful (and one of the most imitated) TV sitcom in history is no small feat, not only starring in the show, but as co-creator and one of the main writers. To be constantly lauded (by critics and viewers) as one of the best TV shows in history is nothing to sneeze at.

patw^^^I agree,Seinfeld is hilarious. Some of his stuff is kind of dry but overall I like him. Even Jerry had to laugh at the situation.

Well, it was billed as a show about nothing so he is, in fact, famous for nothing.

comet24Not sure I would have recognized either of them.
Seems like he's getting a good laugh at Seinfeld which makes it even more fun.

Seinfeld only has to suggest they compare bank accounts to wipe the smile off Broderick's face real quick

justjoeOnce, comedians were
funny--and Jerry was certainly one of them. There are still funny stand up comics-- such as Ron White, Jim Gaffigan-- but there are now a whole bunch of totally un-funny "hip" comics who mainly insult Donald Trump-- and conservatives, white men, Christians. Not even remotely funny, just bitter and ugly.
Seinfeld is one of the greats.

The cars he drives in his new series aren't his, you know.
Of course, and he still has a ridiculous collection of about 150 cars worth probably $100M. At a recent auction where he was just clearing a few out for some space, he sold 17 cars from his collection for $22M.

wolfe 21^^^ Didn't realize he even had a car show. Just knew him as a Porsche collector with some really nice pieces.

^^^This. I don't understand why it was popular. It was a show about nothing with some really stupid story lines (death by envelope glue comes to mind). Just not my taste, though I will admit the Kardashian crack was probably a step too far. He at least has some talent, even if I don't particularly see it.

sjtillI'll say this for Seinfeld. He has created a stir recently saying comedians can't work on college campuses because of PC, snowflakes, SJW's, and the like. Even if he's a liberal, he is to be praised for standing up for free speech.
Especially for frickin' comedians!!
How are comedians supposed to even work live shows when they're likely to be booed down by snowflakes who can't tolerate some ribbing?
Rant over.
