Today out shoveling....still not well, but the fresh air felt good, I slipped and pulled my right hamstring muscle. Even felt a "pop" Ugh! I don't like to complain, but I really didn't need this. Icing it now and will continue that treatment. It's not too painful right now, but we'll see what tomorrow brings.

Stay healthy, all!

Hope you heal up quickly.

These are helpful when dealing with snow and ice.

I hope you feel better tomorrow.

An FYI: One of my physicians alerted me to the fact that Tylenol and ibuprofen, taken together, was more effective than the same amount of either one. I take a regular strength Tylenol and a 200 mg generic ibuprofen.

Ouch, I strained mine the other day unloading a truck load of heavy rounds of firewood. No pop though. I suspect it is going to be very sore for the next three of four days. Easy it does it.

Stay healthy, lyman.

Feeling hot watery eyes, so figured I better take my temp. 100.8. Maybe shoveling was a premature activity. But who's gonna do it? Big Grin

Looking forward to a good nights sleep.

I hope you get feeling better Carl. Man I don't need no colds or flu this year. I pulled on my lower back again this week. A few days of nursing that and I'm starting to come around. Now, if I can just put on my darn back support when working outside here. First I need to take the thing out of its package. Here on, I am wearing it.

The dread of the holidays. Everyone visits from all over the place, shares the crud, then tries to get back home. I hope you all feel better soon. I've been praying I don't get sick before all my treatments are done. 3 more next week and I'm finished up. I hope you only have a muscle pull and nothing worse. Ice is your friend.

Both of my boys have colds. Both of my nephews as well so Christmas dinner is canceled. The wife and I have so far avoided it. Something is definitely going around. Take it easy on the hamstring 6guns.
