According to the news Commander has had ten biting incidents, why is this dog also above the law. If our dog had bitten others and reported more than twice our dog would have been taken away and euthanize.

Please don't get me wrong I like dogs more than I like most people.

I’m inclined to go easy on the dog as it has a total shit owner.

What a fucked-up household....

These bites aren't just nips but, actual clamp-down, send you to the hospital bites. The attending WH physician is sending SS agents to the hospital because of the wounds suffered.

It has been said that a dog is a reflection of it’s owner. So, owner is an asshole…….

A dog has roughly the intellect of a 3-4-year-old human child. I don't hold small children responsible for their misbehavior, nor dogs.

I know of at least one USSS agent,a member of my wife's church, who was bitten multiple times, at least one of them requiring an ER visit, and decided not to report it due to concerns about how it might affect his employment. Obviously, the Crack House doctor declined to report it either.

Such animals are invariably owned by irresponsible people. Why is this no surprise here?

Hope the dog has had all his shots, never know what that poor animal might catch.

I despise presidents who bought pets and brought them into the white house just so they could claim “theyre just like another common American man”. Horseshit, I bet most if them didnt spend more than 10 minutes with their dog during their whole term. The exception was W’s dog Barney- who he actually took with him damn near everywhere like a loyal companion. I know Reagan and Bush Sr had alot of dogs as well, I just dont recall seeing them much. Then again I was young and didnt pay much attention to those things.

A) I doubt many politicians at that level are capable of forming emotional attachments.

(Trumps kids seem to turn out surprisingly well, but all seem to live in Miami Beach, as do their moms. Not sure how much is Trump being emotionally functional vs him picking good mothers for his kids.)

B) We cannot keep electing people only known for their political acumen, and expect anything other than perverts who want control over other people.

I think that’s the main difference between the FF political generation and the subsequent scum - they were, mostly, known to their peers.

We need to eliminate the existence of a political/bureaucratic class.

I have an 8 year old shepherd, still a clean record. She’s actually fairly friendly as long as you go slow if unknown.

Yes, even if she bit 3 people, could be hard to smooth that over.

You need to be a responsible pet owner. Remember the Clinton's dog Buddy got run over. Enough said.

The old school grandparents around me when I was a kid didn't abide by such behavior.

As a kid, I rode my bike over to visit my friend when one of his grandpa's dalmatians ran out after me, bit me in the arm as I tried to peddle away. Got a good boil on the arm from that one.

Next time I rode over there, there was a fresh mound in their wooded front yard. As a kid, I didn't know what to think of it. The family lost a dog. But I also didn't worry about the other dalmatians when I went to visit.

From what I heard, Dalmatians are known to be biters.

We had a neighbor lady down the road, lived by herself. She was older, came from Russia early in life as a true mail order bride of sorts, 1970’s. Her bride days were back in the 30’s or so.

I was at her house once when her dog thought about going after her chickens. Her method of correction was a standard shovel raised over her head, she didn’t go lite.

She lived in a small house with wood heat, old school, tougher than nails.
