Paramedics for Children, Honduras volunteer program
I came upon this program as I was bouncing around the interwebz. https://pfci.org Anyone have any experience or knowledge of the group? Or any similar suggestions?

I think I would really enjoy this as a unique “vacation”, and as an opportunity to learn.

SIGforum knows all... Wink

Knowing what one is talking about is widely admired but not strictly required here.

Although sometimes distracting, there is often a certain entertainment value to this easy standard.

I know it's a beautiful country. I was in and out of there in the early 90's, and I loved the place.

I also know that Tegucigalpa and San Pedro Sula are something like #1 and #2 for murders per capita.

The drug trade has fucked that place all up. A buddy of mine was in and out of there about 7 years ago with the State Dept training Homicide investigators down there. He's a retired Chicago Sgt, did a long time in Homicide and Cold Case.
"Hey Frank, why'd you leave?"
"That place makes the West Side look like Disney!"

I don't know about the group, just the destination. Es MUY MUY peligroso, Senior!"
