ruger357I’m sure you know you can take the restrictor out of most modern showerheads. I yanked mine out and it just about takes your skin off now which is awesome.

konata88I assume you're looking for high pressure output. Or are you looking for something that can take high pressure input?
I have relatively low pressure input (50psi) and shower heads have been wanting (having lived in areas where the city water pressure was 90psi and higher).
I found that this is working pretty well for me - nothing fancy. No special modes. Just low pressure in, higher pressure out (sometimes can be a little painful if you have chapped lips or razor burn). But very happy w/ this. But harder to find now....

This is the way. Look up your shower head on YouTube and there will likely be a quick tutorial showing your how to remove the flow restrictor. Most can be pried out with a screwdriver or needle nose pliers, but some require drilling out.
Another thing to check is mineral buildup, which can also case low flow issues in a shower head. If your shower head is old and seriously caked with buildup, it may need replacing. Otherwise, the inner screen filter may need to be cleaned out or replaced, or the head may need to be soaked in vinegar to remove buildup inside.
The third and least likely culprit if the above don't help could be having low pressure at your shower's water supply, in which case you may also want to adjust/replace/rebuild your home's pressure regulator if that's the cause (an old, clogged, or failing regulator can cause water pressure to rise or drop to the entire home). Or else consult with your water company if the supply coming from the street is low pressure, which indicates an issue upstream.

PASigI have one of these Moen magnetic shower heads and Youtubed how to pull out the restrictor and it went from Meh to NICE!!!
All you need is a pair of needlenose pliers and a flat blade screwdriver IIRC. Took 5 minutes.

RogueJSKYep. I have the same Moen shower heads in my house. With the restrictor removed, they're great.

mrvmaxA shower head is not going to increase supply pressure, to do that you need to have a pump or some means of raising the pressure prior to the shower head.
