Well, I decided to stick with Milwaukee M12.

My 14 year old drill/driver has just held up too well and I trust them more than the mid brands. I also already have some batteries and and the charger so I guess it just made the most sense.

I ended up buying a Fuel impact wrench and one of their ratchets. I may buy a Fuel drill and driver set when the next good sale pops up.

I'm mainly Milwaukee although I got a Ryobi kit free at work so I use that too. Ryobi feels much cheaper but works fine.

FYI Home Depot has daily deals and cordless tools usually go on sale weekly. Sometimes up to half off.
