architectOne take-away for me is that even though he had absorbed at least three rounds, the parking lot griller (PLG, rhymes with plug) managed to get a shot off and hit his target. Better to avoid a contest rather than engage, no matter how skilled you might be.
Griller becomes grillee in record time.

there was no lack of dialogue. School head needs to turn up the volume next time.
As for "civil discourse" I don't think it means what he thinks it means.
