Make America Great Again |
I stocked up on everything needed last year, and topped it off with a lifetime supply in my three most popular calibers... .22LR, 9mm and 5.56 NATO. Even BEFORE this stupid COVID-19 reared it's ugly head, I knew an election year was coming up and what stupidity it would bring from many folks, so like Para has ALWAYS recommended, I took care of matters early! Good luck in your quest! _____________________________ Bill R. North Alabama

Hmm...I thought they had relaxed that policy when they went to the membership/buyers club thing... ...that I will support and defend...

Same thing in NY with Handguns. The local shop sold every Shotgun, Semi Auto Rifle, even the pump action .308 AR and the Frankenguns that had been sitting on the shelf for years. The owner helped out a local soccer Mom by selling her a WWII Winchester M1 Carbine and ammo. I think the old gallery .22 on the wall sold too. The lever guns were almost gone too. Yet, the pistol cases are full of guns. Folks are very surprised they they need a pistol license and amendment to buy a pistol. .40 S&W and .38 are still on the shelf; 9mm and 5.56 are gone. The NICS line was packed. Interestingly, the regulars weren't around except the ones that were helping run the store. I jokingly said that should start pushing the SMLE Mk 3 and Mk4s as they had ammo for them and they worked in the great war.

I was packing some things and found more ammo in the closet. ____________________________________________________ The butcher with the sharpest knife has the warmest heart.

Buying online and then getting that online company to ship to my might be closed gun shop is a PITA. Thankfully I stocked up on lots of premium defense ammo when I could, and have even more ball ammo of all my calibers and some calibers I don’t even have guns for. Not doing any recreational shooting at this time until further notice. Ranges closed anyway

Just in case. ETA-but there's very little 303 British ammo here I should have mentioned.

^^^^^ I have substantially more ammo for my M1 Garand than my AR15. __________________________
