This is the full 1962 version. 10:20 long.

"I vowed to myself to fight against evil more completely and more wholeheartedly than I ever did before. . . . That’s the only way to pay back part of that vast debt, to live up to and try to fulfill that tremendous obligation."

Alfred Hornik, Sunday, December 2, 1945 to his family, on his continuing duty to others for surviving WW II.

This was in The Thomas Crown Affair, when there are a bunch of men in bowler hats to distract the police.

Love it.

It was the first date I went on with Mrs. Mike. And somehow our sons first name is Thomas.

That's where I found it too, but it's a magnificent song.

Great scene, great movie, great use of this song. This movie introduced me to the song.

Thanks for posting, Art.

I have a playlist called "Cools Volume 1" and this song made the cut. Sometimes, I skip a song on this playlist and sometimes I remove a song from this prestigious list. Not Sinnerman. This song I will listen to every time it comes up.

My wife and kids get annoyed when I say to them "What's the matter with you Rock?"

I LOVE me some Nina! She did a rendition of “I put a spell on you” that I can’t get enough of sometimes. Turn down the lights pour a good bourbon and hit play. She has a ton of good music.

She has a very nice voice. I first heard the song in a movie and have loved it ever since.
