MCM post & beam houses are my favorite, guess growing up in So California had an influence on my taste. Wish I could afford something like that.

That’s awesome. I also really dig mid century modern I know a couple who owns a house on that same street up near the Bob Hope house. Which by itself is an Amazing property.
