Someone needs to call law enforcement to initiate an investigation, at a minimum.

If someone accidentally lost a fight with a circular saw, then so be it. But at least investigate what happened.

Something tells me the inside looks a lot like the outside. Person stabbed/shot/broken nose, take your pick. Driver says WTF! Stick your ass out the window and stop bleeding on my seat.


It's all about clean living. Just do the right thing, and karma will help with the rest.

It looks like whatever happened, happened when the vehicle was moving, but not at high speed, and probably not far from the parking spot. The victim sat there for a while once stopped, then got out and wandered around to the other side of the vehicle still bleeding fairly bad. I'll guess they were either wrapped in something or got in another vehicle. The smear on the passenger window occurred when it was rolled up after the fact.

Maybe a stabbing/car jacking attempt?

Idiot hanging out the window and hit something?

Window down and caught a round in the head or throat?
