if there's lobster, I'll ditch the crabs. But I love corn. mmm....

Instead of sauces and butter, have you tried vinegar with soy sauce, pepper, and cliced garlic? It can go with either lobster or crabs. It makes it lighter instead of any heavy sauce.

Such were a tradition back in Syracuse (the "Salt City") and always included in any clambake.
