LtJLLaugh if you must, but I know several guys that have them. Wear a vest on a 90 degree/90 % humidity day. And try to patrol with your windows open so you can hear the neighborhood.

pbslingerWhat would be really sweet is if a way could be found to keep it hooked up while approaching a pulled over vehicle. Like a connection port near the headlights and quick connects like built in vacuum cleaners. The vests could have built in connections say on the back near waist level and internal air flow paths.
Might make a marked improvement on officer's moods and I might get fewer tickets on hot days.
