It must contain one “=”. It must only have a number to the right of the “=”, not another calculation. Standard order of operations applies, so calculate * and / before + and - If the answer we're looking for is 10+20=30, then we will accept 20+10=30 too (unless you turn off 'commutative answers' in settings). | ||

No, not just random. I think you have to be lucky to solve it in two tries, but they are doable with thought. I find it a lot more difficult than Wordle, so I'm not doing them as often, but I thought some of the math guys would enjoy the challenge. | |||

T tried it but my mind does not work that way. There are too many variables involved for me to keep track of. I got to the point where only 3 integers could be involved and only the +, -, and / operators, but I gave up at that point. Couldn't think of an equation that would work. My wife is addicted to Nerdle, and she's really good at it. She loves math! The past 3 days, she's solved it in 2 tries each time. I always liked math too, but just haven't been able to convince myself to try Nerdle yet. Maybe, it's because I know my wife will skin me every time. | |||
