Sure thing.

The guns are all pure garbage better suited for use as tomato stakes.

None of the bikes run and they are all filled with phase separated, crystalline ethanol.

The tools are a mix of crap and Chinese made crap.

The cars have all been smoked in and smell like the carpet of the worst dive bar on Freemont street.

Finally, all items have a completely unsubstantiated, stratospheric level reserve.

(Ask me how I know all this).

No guitars that I can see. If it were me, I'd pass.

You can't truly call yourself "peaceful" unless you are capable of great violence. If you're not capable of great violence, you're not peaceful, you're harmless.

I worked for seven years at a well known firearms auction house. I've been to countless homes evaluating collections, cataloging guns, crawling around old-man filth to find guns, and breaking bad news to people that just because it is old doesn't mean its worth anything. I've also been to a hundred or more estate sales. Anything with a motor is typically seized / full of rodent shit and piss, or nasty gas from 10 years ago.

If you're into projects, head on out with a trailer! The Imperial would be worth your time if it's not rusted to hell and back. But those guns are all trash. You can see from the pics.

Nothing like advice from an expert, thanks Rev.

I assumed all the tanks could have rust and any carbs would need rebuilt and I really don't need or want more stuff taking my time. Thinking could stumble on a good tool chest or tool at a good price, maybe a .22 for cheap, etc.

A Honda Trail 70! My mom and dad had a pair of those, red and blue.

Almost tempting. LOL
