With apologies to Chuck Berry...

I went to the grand (re-)opening of my local gun range today. They've moved a short ways from the old location and done a magnificent job of making the new one a facility to be proud of. Ranges, meeting rooms, self-defense training areas, clothing, accessories, guns -- you name it.

They had food trucks and were buying everyone lunch. I got some chipotle pork tacos and bacon "lollipops." Yum!

As I sat down in one of the lounge areas, where on one side a guitarist played contemporary music on a classical guitar, on the other side were multiple TVs. And on one of them, Rachel Madcow was spewing her garbage on MSNBC.

Say wha...?

I guess it goes to show you never can tell.

Anyone else had an experience such as this? Let's just call it "incongruous."

The one range I can think of that is that elaborate and that would have madcow on tv is the one that donates hundreds of thousands to liberals, both on local and national levels.

Do they also have concierge service?
