His daughter is a horse? Eek I'm sure that is a typo, ha.

I sure hope they do get rid of the lock. I might actually consider them again. S&W's were my true gun passion.

"equus" is the horse, "equestrian" is the person that rides them.

I figured the reason for termination is that he mis-pronouned a worker.

Confused

The common definition of the noun equestrian is someone who rides a horse.
Are you confusing the word with equine?

The S&W was the reason this caught my eye. I adore my S&W revolvers. Apologies.

I have no clue on the reason for his dismissal and as such I won’t even offer a possibility. I’m a bit atypical for my age group in that I still like revolvers as well as semiautomatic pistols. However I won’t buy a current Smith revolver unless they get rid of the lock and at least offer something that resembles true blueing. Maybe they will follow Colt’s lead and bring back the true classic revolvers and pistols that sustained the company well over 100 years. But there’s always a few more versions of the shield and M&P to release.

The above is my opinion and speculation.

But it would be good to know the true of nature of the supposed 'unspecified corporate rule'.

The equestrian comment is interesting. Although Debney has been rumored as one who enjoys fishing in company waters, I suspect there may have been some illicit "horse trading" going on here.
