Seems as this there are several of us in this thread that need it explained to us, including a member who I assume is a doctor.

I have an opinion, clearly shared by other posters in this thread. Yet for some reason you have a problem when I say it, but not when others do?

Why is it bad when I say something, but ok when others say the exact same thing? I didn't post my opinion to cause any problems, yet you're jumping me. Singling me out. Why?

And I'm not the only one who notices. I'm just one of the only ones that speaks out. I don't have anything personal against any member of this forum, but some sure do seem to have something personal against me.

I dunno, there's enough indignity in life, I'm probably a fool to hope for a little dignity in death. The deceased doesn't care, the gawkers should be ashamed.

I know I have certain, healed, wounds on my body which result in double takes and by some females in the medical profession, questions about the pain when they happened and were healing. I thoroughly expect my body to be viewed, naked, once I leave this body. I am certain the deceased in question here had more than a few double takes when he was undergoing a physical which required a hernia check and would not be surprised medical professionals looked asst him after his passing.

I have another dick story to maybe lighten the mood!

I worked in the OR for several years doing photography/video and endoscopic video support. My photographs ranged from the "cover your ass" type to the "holly shit come look at this" variety.

I had to spend a morning in a case where a guy was getting a prosthetic penile implant - complete with a fake testicle that was used to "pump it up". Took a few pictures at the start, and spent a lot of time waiting around for the surgeon to tell me to take any more. Towards the end, I remember wanting to switch to a wide lens and get a shot of the whole crew so badly- circulator nurse, scrub techs - all quiet and patiently watching the procedure. All females except the surgeon. Often times during a case (depending on the surgeon) there would be conversation just like any job - people talking about current events, a little chit chat. But it was so quiet in that particular room.

Towards the end - the moment came when the doctor tested it out - he pumped it up and it obviously got bigger (no idea if it was at the max or anything, not important) but breaking the silence was one of the scrub techs who tilted her head to exclaim, "oh... (awkward pause) that's better." It was so difficult not to laugh out loud.

I probably still have teeth marks in my lip from the call where an older lady fell on a glass that shattered and cut one of her butt cheeks fairly deep.

One of the guys who took his time getting inside the house looks over the guys working on her and says:

Over The years I've had lots of kidney stone surgeries that snake up my manhood and as painful as that sounds, it was always a relief afterwards.
I still joke about frequent flyer miles with that Urologist Office. Anyway, at one of these surgeries (which for some weird reason always occurred super early in the morning) I decided to have a "little" fun with the surgeon and staff and wrote with marker on the inside of my thighs the following phrases: -Don't judge, it's cold in here and -Objects appear larger in mirror. The surgeon had a good laugh with me in recovery and I'm sure that's not the last time it was mentioned. Obviously it's different in that it was my decision to broach the topic.

Over the years of my Govt work, including law enforcement, its hard not to notice the "gallows humor" frequently used in medecine and law enforcement to deal with the stresses of things the general public is protected from each day. It's not right and it's often not understood, accepted, or excused by those who aren't experiencing the same tradgedies and oddities seen by those in public service and/or healthcare. The example, in the OP was clearly over the line.

Its not the worst thing ever, but its not right. I wonder how some would feel if male nurses took turns looking at someones dead daughter's large boobs.
