I've shot Blazer brass against aluminum in Glock 17, Glock 26, Sig P6, Sig P226 X-5 Tactical, and Wilson Combat Protector. In all pistols the aluminum cased ammo performed at least equal in accuracy to the brass cased ammo. I have the most mileage with the Glock 17, and I feel the aluminum ammo is a little more accurate -- in both the stock Glock barrel and the upgraded Wilson Combat barrel. This is all from off-hand shooting, including multi-gun competition. I saw no cycling issues with either ammo.
I've shot 115 Blazer aluminum and brass in my Wilson Combat AR9G -- 8" barrel, bipod & rear bag, 1-4x Vortex Viper, from prone. I use a 35-yard zero, FWIW.
10-rounds at 100 yards, vertical variation only, due to shooting in some pretty high crosswinds: - 115 grain brass -- 5.25" - 115 grain aluminum -- 2.5" - 147 grain aluminum -- 2.75"
My best accuracy with the AR9G was with Selliot & Bellot's FMJ ammo, but Blazer Aluminum was respectable.

I'm still reminiscing about the days MiWall Corporation sold their excellent reloads for $100.00/1,000 packed in a genuine surplus 30 caliber ammo can.
I purchased a ton of it, and other calibers also. Then I finally got off of my lazy butt and started back reloading. This message has been edited. Last edited by: GT-40DOC,
