Yeah that guy was riding hard, Looks to be a Dyna model, big twin, mid controls, those engines have a ton of grunt from low getting out of the corner he got on it too soon and kicked the rear tire out, bet that was a pucker moment...

That's nuts.
Had to be modified to not be showering sparks off the pegs. Though his feet do look pretty low, really must be pushing the bars up through the turns to keep the shiny stuff off the pavement.

That looked like hard work.

That's NOT a 'Sport Bike', but they way he was hanging off it seems like he's ridden one before, on that section of road...

Some Mods, the exhaust isn't stock, the mid controls are in stock position, basically a set of pegs, no engine guard, seat is custom and a lot better than stock HD.

For a HD they sit up fairly high and don't have a lot of rake up front. If you get a big twin, this model is your better handling bike, outside of the Sportster and the new Pan America.

That just shows you how important technology is.

The Harley rider is an excellent rider and was riding that bike at 95%. The sport bike rider of unknown skill was probably riding that bike at 75% or so and they we very equal.

At 0:50/2:19. Yep, just watching the video, I about bit a hole in my leather desk chair seat.

Everyone: so impressed by his skill
Me: so impressed by his tire selection."

Those don't appear to be common, hard high mileage cruiser street tires to me, either.

An entirely different setup and riding style than the King of the Baggers racing, which I thought was crazy when I saw it firsthand at Daytona.

After that rear tire kicked out, I would have to stop and shake out my pants! Eek
