I use www.Postimage.org

After you host the image use the link (or any picture link) and use this code -

[img]insert link here[/img]

The shortcut that is on the right of the menu where you create or wite a post(looks like a square photo thumbnail) will automatically do it for you and all you have to do is paste the link into the text box.
