Clark is currently #12 in the annual AWLA (Animal Welfare League of Arlington) calendar contest. He needs your votes. Votes are $1 each (tax-deductable contribution to AWLA), AWLA is a no-kill shelter that is very proactive and accomplished in finding unwanted animals new homes, I can vouch for them as a fine organization. Clark is a good boy, but obviously had a rough life before we got him, he needs all the help he can get.

Thank you, and thanks to the other members who have chipped in, but haven't claimed credit in this thread.
For those of you who might be wondering, Clark is zero Lab, hates the water, no webbed feet, doesn't bolt his food, and has no interest in chasing a ball (ew've had Labs in the past, trust me, except for the lovey dovey part, he's no Lab). He howls at the moon, as well as most other things. As best we can guess, he is a hound mix, perhaps Foxhound x Treeing Walker Coonhound, he's about 80 lbs. napping.

Not that I have anything against cats, but we all know who mans' best friend is! Clark says he wants to get a job in the White House, and he promises not to bite any USSS agents, he has another bite'n in mind.
