I threw one out several years ago. The health department had hired college kids for the summer to do inspections. They sent a girl in sandals and a tank top to inspect my kitchen/bakery. I said no, she could not enter behind the line without covered armpits and feet, preferably safety shoes, non-slip type. It went all the way to corporate, who backed me up. Of course, that company has since gone totally "woke," I'm glad I'm done with them.
