Kim Gardner Confiscates McCloskey's AR-15
Has Gardner filed against the criminals who broke down the gate, trespassed on private property, and threatened the McKloskeys.

Hell no. She is the one who releases and refuses to prosecute criminals.

Disgusting!

Of course. What I meant is how do you fight charges that are being dismissed? Civil? That's not really fighting the charges though. I'd like to see them go after her license though with the state.

They haven't been dismissed yet.

I assume you heard Gardner wants the McKloskeys to get "training" as to why it is not OK to "brandish" a weapon when threatened by a criminal mob.

That kind of obvious prodding moves us towards the breaking point. If they keep pushing, they're going to find out.

A second article on the dismissal says neither weapon was capable of lethal force - P230(?) was a trial mock-up & AR15 safety engaged at all times.....no ammo present......as always, time will tell.

Watkins noted that the handgun he gave to the police wasn’t really kept for self-protection. It wasn’t a working gun. It was only used as an exhibit in the McCloskeys’ own law practice for a lawsuit against the handgun manufacturer.

quote:
During the incident with the mob, Mark McCloskey had the safety of the semi-automatic rifle engaged and did not finger the trigger. Per KSDK, A source familiar with the investigation told them that police did not find any ammunition at the McCloskey’s home, and the rifle was not loaded when they seized it. So neither firearm was capable of lethal force.

I definitely agree that this whole rioting / looting / assault situation is going to be met with appropriate force if it continues to escalate.

I see it happening sooner rather than later. When President Trump is re-elected in a landslide in three and a half months, these mindless savages are going to have nowhere to go except to riot, burn buildings and attack people.

How about protesting in Gardner's yard? She says it's okay to trespass on private property in order to protest.

"It seems like the only person in the United States who thinks we did something wrong is our [city's] circuit attorney. She is the same person that let out of jail everybody that was responsible for the looting and fires and destruction, following the George Floyd death, in the city of St. Louis," McCloskey told Carlson.

"It's a totally upside-down world," he continued. "The people who broke into my neighborhood were all trespassing. The guy that recruited them, that planned this event, said the next day that he intended to break the law; that he needed to break laws in order to send his message."

"None of those people are arrested. None of those people are charged. The circuit attorney has apparently decided her job as a prosecutor isn't to keep us safe from criminals but to keep the criminals safe from us. It's a bizarro, upside-down world. I've been a little irritated by this process until today and now I am just flat out pi--ed off. This has gotten to be outrageous."

I didn't see this posted before: Gardner is a Soros-backed America hater.

You can't truly call yourself "peaceful" unless you are capable of great violence. If you're not capable of great violence, you're not peaceful, you're harmless.

Albert Watkins, the McCloskeys' attorney, told Fox News that under Missouri's Castle Doctrine, a person has “the absolute unmitigated right to protect his or her castle or family while on their property.” He said the protesters were trespassing, "damaging and destroying private property and acting in a threatening and hostile fashion."

“If Kimberly Gardner wants to press charges against two attorneys who are protecting their home and their family and themselves on their own property, I will tell you that it will be nothing short of the proverbial clusterf--- with the ensuing assertions that she's doing this for political purposes,” Watkins said.

"And I will tell you that as a person, I don't believe that to be what she is doing,” Watkins added. “I just believe she probably has a difficult time reading the English language.”

So is it political? Or is she just stupid?
Who says it can't be both?

Beef with Missouri AG

Gardner publicly butted heads with Missouri’s Republican Attorney General Eric Schmitt, who she referred to as a “Trump wannabe” during an online meeting of local political candidates earlier this month, FOX2 St. Louis reported.

Schmitt had earlier criticized Gardner on Twitter for allowing the release of all 36 rioters and looters arrested in the city following protests over the deaths of George Floyd and Breonna Taylor.

“In a stunning development, our office has learned that every single one of the St. Louis looters and rioters arrested were released back onto the streets by local prosecutor Kim Gardner,” Schmitt tweeted June 3.

Go Eric!

"Some things are apparent. Where government moves in, community retreats, civil society disintegrates and our ability to control our own destiny atrophies. The result is: families under siege; war in the streets; unapologetic expropriation of property; the precipitous decline of the rule of law; the rapid rise of corruption; the loss of civility and the triumph of deceit. The result is a debased, debauched culture which finds moral depravity entertaining and virtue contemptible."

I'd like to think they would. But will they? I mean, if what has happened to date isn't enough, what will be? Rioting, looting, arson, murder, taking over city blocks. They do all this with impunity.

As much as I hoped AG Barr would step up, the most we've gotten out of him is an investigation or two that hasn't yielded anything. He's turning out to be another Jeff Sessions, who stood waste deep in evidence of democrat corruption, yet his only inclination was to go after a couple to Republican politicians who had violated campaign finance laws. I can see why Trump is so frustrated. He can't find anyone with balls or willpower.

As far as the McCloskey case, why is this obviously corrupt, terrorist supporting "circuit attorney" still in power? It is obvious to the casual observer all her actions are politically motivated. She's clearly violated the civil rights of the McCloskeys. She has absolutely endangered the citizens of St Louis with her release of dangerous felons back onto the streets, and her refusal to prosecute people caught on video committing horrendous crimes. She's unfit for office and there seems to be sufficient evidence that she has violated rights - so why no action?

It seems all too obvious that most Republicans simply don't have the stomach to call out evil, much less take it on. Oh, there's the occasional sound bite. But where's the substance? It's as if they are more afraid of being called a racist, a term that is so overused it has lost any meaning, than they are of the evil forces that are absolutely coming after them. So it's up to the general population.

Anyone who thinks were going to have a civil war is foolish. We're already in one. And only the evil side is fighting. But it's as if the true victim-side of these crimes thinks its unseemly to fight back.

What is it actually going to take to literally pull people like this circuit attorney out into the street by their hair, and cover them in hot tar and feathers? What's it going to take to make a physical example of the NY Times building? What's it going to actually take to before enough really is enough? How deep will things have to sink before the right side literally starts fighting back?

You'll need to figure it out for yourself. I'm not interested in defeatism.

You need to reconsider that CUT of yours. Based on this latest post from you, it's just not a good fit.

Those shitheads are probably helping the "peaceful protestors" with a lawsuit about how the McCloskeys violated their civil rights...
