Google (and remember that Google was helped by a NSA/CIA grant early on) Operation Northwoods. Do any of us really want to believe the New York Times now? They're lying assholes. They don't know what the truth is.
I don't believe a word out of their lying mouths. It was recently noted that a Bangladesh bomber tried to blow himself up in NY the other day and 15 min after he was down we had video of the incident. Most of us have been to Vegas. There are video cameras everywhere. Still no video of Paddock. What? Now going over 2 months later? 3 floors higher (floors 35 and up) was owned by one of the richest Saudis in the world (the now arrested Prince Talel). http://www.silvanuspublishing....enocide/saudiarabia/
Shortly after this on the other side of the world he and hundreds of other Saudis were arrested and many reportedly beaten to pulps. Not long after a missile was fired at the Saudi Airport and within the week of Vegas a gunman attacked the royal living quarters in Jeddah while the new crown Prince MLB) was there. Killed 2 and injured 3 guards. The King was in Russia but MLB was reportedly in residence while this shit went down. MMMMMM, interesting.
My - what a coincidence. Coincidentally, it is said that the very same crown Prince of Saudi Arabia was also in Vegas and got escorted out of the Tropicana by security as Paddock was firing shots a short distance away? !! WTF? Helicopters were faking call signs and flying out at the same time as if it was a dark op? WTF? It was one amazing coincidence after another fantastic coincidence.
But I'm sure that had nothing to do with it. This was clearly workplace violence.

So, let's see- We're about two and a half months out from this event. What do we know? Certainly, so much more than we did in that first week, right?
Nope
Ain't gonna change
An unrelated story about text messages tells me we can't trust the upper echelons of DOJ and FBI.
I think that is possibly illuminating on the near total news blackout.

With regards to this event, there's no blackout, because there's nothing to black out.
The reasons why this nut case murdered those people was known only to him. No reason will be found. Check this thread in a year. Mark my word.

I agree it was GREAT anti-gun news. We knew more about the Port Authority Bangladeshi in 24 hours than This/These shooters (aside from the dude marching in the anti Trump pussy march in Lake Tahoe.) Looks and smells like a big steaming crock of Crapola, to most.
Vegas shooter’s girlfriend may have known something was up
Even before her boyfriend was named as the man responsible for the deadliest mass shooting in modern US history, Marilou Danley knew something was up.
An hour before Las Vegas cops released Stephen Paddock’s name, Danley deleted her Facebook account, according to newly released documents about the Oct. 1 mass murder of 58 people attending an outdoor country music concert on the Strip.
Danley was traveling in the Philippines when Paddock unleashed the bullet barrage from the 32nd floor of the Mandalay Bay resort.
When he was finally done with unleashing mayhem on thousands of innocents, he took his own life.
Danley was “adamant that she had no prior inclination of Paddock’s intentions to conduct the attack,” says an FBI agent’s affidavit.
But the documents suggest Danley moved quickly after the shooting to obscure her relationship with the 64-year-old Paddock.
Paddock began firing at around 10:08 p.m., according to emergency calls received by police.
At 2:46 a.m., her account was deleted, said the documents.
Authorities released Paddock’s name to the public at 3:30 a.m.

I'd like to know why the LVPD has to be sued to unseal their search warrant records. A Nevada judge will hear arguments on Tuesday.

I wonder if anyone on the investigatory team considered time changes, "daylights savings," and the girlfriend's location.
FWIW - I have loaded all my magazines so if my wife decided to go ballistic, my prints would be all over the brass (as are her's).
Plus any person with more than two working brain cells, and has a Facebook about, should immediately delete their Facebook and other social media accounts if a loved one (or relation) did something so stupid.

Of course the girlfriend knew something. She may not have known the exact details but she knew the guy was crazy and there's no way he didn't mention something about wanting to kill people. She also didn't think that she got sent away because he found some discount tickets.

Jan 19 - Sheriff Lombardo says FBI has an ongoing case against someone other than Paddock:
"As to any other people, the FBI has an ongoing case against an individual of federal interest. I will not be able to elaborate on that statement . . . ."

Can someone clarify this legal issue for me? I found the statement below from the New York Daily news. See below:
"The Arizona man who sold 720 rounds of tracer ammunition to Las Vegas massacre gunman Stephen Paddock was charged with manufacturing armor-piercing bullets Friday."
