Pipe SmokerDems don’t like secure boarders
“Officials in a small Arizona border city passed a resolution Wednesday night condemning the installation of new razor wire that now covers the entirety of a tall border wall through downtown.
The City Council in Nogales, which sits on the border with Nogales, Mexico, wants the federal government to remove all concertina wire installed within the city limits because not only is it ugly, but it's potentially lethal.
Mayor Arturo Garino threatened to sue if he didn't get his way, noting that the increase in wiring was now in reach of pedestrians, including children…”

gearhoundsMake this the next spot to upgrade the border barrier. Maybe add a few extra feet to the height. Paint rainbows on the US side to keep the libtards happy. Put a few extra CBP cruisers in town. That oughta do it...

OzarkwoodsMy mother taught me:
Don’t touch the burners on the the stove when they are on.
If you hit a wasp nest with a stick you will get stung and could die.
If you play with matches you could get burned, or start a fire.
Need I go on? Why can’t the children be taught if you touch the razor wire you could and most likely get cut.
If they want to spend their budget on suing the government over this let them.

nhtagmembernot much is going to happen from this - I expected as much from Nogales
if I recall, the wall and checkpoint are all federal assets, not subject to the whims of a town council
they need to learn their scope of responsibilities

Not going to stop them from trying. Sometimes it's just to put on a show so they can say they "tried" to fight back against President DJT. They know full well before even getting started that there's no chance of it making it to court, and if it does, the only ones on the hook for the bill is the taxpayers, most of which voted for the dumbshit.

ChuckWallLast time I was in Nogales, the CBP had cars posted on a bunch of sewer grates near the barrier just listening.

Yep. Nogales. I stopped at the McDonalds there on the way back from a scuba trip and found they had a mariachi band playing in the restaurant. They were pretty good.

2000Z-71Nogales is a shitty little town where it's hard to tell the difference between the US and Mexican sides of the border. Maybe instead of running the wire through townie should look at running it around the town.

So what is it going to do, creep across the ground and jump up and bite people? How about staying away from it?

zoom6zoomPerhaps we should just, in this case, redraw the border so it's just NORTH of town. Problem solved.
