I'm assuming its an elected position, which says to us that there needs to be a whole lot of people standing there with her.
I'm not so sure at her intelligence level, something as complex as a "stop/go" sign can be successfully handled.

6guns, in the interest of accuracy:
With regard to "backtracking on her story" Townhall accidentally inserted that paragraph as a current quote rather than a Facebook post she made in 2020 as everything was getting stirred up. The original New York Post article I drew this from has the elements of the story in the correct order.
