I'm fond of the Champion boxer briefs from Costco, they stay in their proper shape and gently hold the frank and beans in a comfy pouch. I believe they are mostly or all cotton

Mark, I have tried damn near every brand out there. Check these out, I’m pretty certain they have a pair that’ll hold your goods. If you like briefs, you’ll like cocksox. They’re like your normal underwear with a pouch built specifically to hold your goods. I was going to email this to you as I am sure this will be good for some laughs… hopefully someone else can gain from this.
That said the most comfortable underwear I have worn is made by Ethica. They are great all around, but no pouch.
If you took the Ethica Staple Briefs and added the cocksox pouch, you would have the perfect underwear in my opinion.
Since the perfect ones don’t exist, I said fuck it. Started freeballin last summer. It’s a tad chilly on the cold winter mornings, and you have to be extra careful to not zip the scrotbag, but the trade off was well worth it. Most comfortable I have been in, well, forever.
That said, check out the cocksox. They’re pretty badass and seem to be what you’re looking for.

I was in Kohls last night, looking for cotton Boxers. I don't like briefs, no size large to be had. Went to Ross and they only had briefs. When I was a kid we called them Hangars
