TexasScrubUSAA is honoring military members with a memorial on the Lincoln Memorial Grounds

This is very nice of them to do. A question. Is this Monument, located between the Lincoln Memorial and the Reflecting Pool, going to be a permanent fixture in DC? It doesn’t appear to be so, since the website says it’s open until August 23, 2026. Then, what happens after that?
