Absolutely love chocolate labs, had one I called Juneau (could be Juno), but I like the practice of just calling it “pup,” until it sorta names itself.

I am also in the camp of thinking most animals name themselves.

Upon first look, I said "Hello Becca" when I saw the pup's pic.

After some further reflection I think Chloe would fit her as well.

Both names work for a beauty like her, good luck and enjoy all the smiles and love.

I second Hershey. That's the first thing I thought of when I saw the pic.

That's a good looking pup. We had a lost Weimaraner show up at our house years ago that looked kind of similar. We found the owner and he told us her name was Timber. We really liked that name - it really fit her.

So I'll nominate Timber

Scratch my idea, I just read your daughter's name is Kimber. Too close.

Truffles. LOL
I hope her memory makes you laugh as much as her name did me. Yeah. I laughed a lot.

What a great name.

I've witnessed my sisters dog snap out of a nap, head to a window and start barking.

Don't know if he is finishing a dream in real time, paranoid, or actually heard something in his sleep. Confused Big Grin

Yep.

Well, he wakes himself. Big Grin

Dude could be in deep slumber, then just snap out of it and start barking.

A bit shocking the first couple times, as he is a rescue, and weighs in at over a hundred pounds.

Loveable lad, though.
