Granted it's never nice to be interrupted, especially by someone less experienced or lower on the corporate food chain. However there is a way to handle that properly, and well... every other way. Lemon chose one of the other ways.

I don't disagree that a level of professionalism is required on the receiving and as well. Likely running out crying was not the proper response.
