Shrinking surplus leather German coat
Hello I recently purchased one of these jackets love the leather jacket is awesome I had to get a large I need a medium has anyone tried to shrink their jacket and if so how did it turn out I would appreciate any help thank you

Just give it time, you’ll grow on it.

Seriously I’d take it to a tailor, but that will cost a couple of hundred bucks.
