Outage here in Texas since forenoon or so. Just came up and hour ago. . .

I was the only one to lose service out of the 4 people in my household so that initially had me fearing I’d fallen victim to some form of fraud. My service was restored around 5:50 pm Eastern.

No problems in SW Michigan.

Lots of rumors on X about “nationwide outage”; other carriers involved; ???”hack”. No explanation from Verizon
