Great looking pool. I really love the look of your pool area.
Well I do have this...

Actually thinking the hot tub will go on the terrace. Basically to the left of the stairs coming down from the deck.

LBTRSVery nice. They sure do pools differently than they do them here. Your way looks easier.
While I know it is, your photos make it look like it isn't level. I thought, how is he going to keep his water level even around the tile line.

Nice view you have overlooking the pool and woods.

smlsigWe have a blue sided pool like you do. I really like how it makes the water look.
Congrats!

HRKSo do youse guys have to install a heater with a cover to keep it from freezing during the winter or drain the pool, make a great Ice Rink in January!
Even down here the water can be a bit cool for taking a dip in Jan, most have solar roof heaters or an electric heat pump to take the edge off.

frayedendsWe do have a propane heater that should keep it swimmable through September. Then it gets covered, lines drained and freezes over winter.

bigdealLove the decks and seating on the back of the house as well as the view, but you can keep the pool. After owning one for the better part of 20 years, I never want one again.

Oz_ShadowVery nice! What’s going in the mulch? I’d be tempted to hop off at the steps.

I had pools most of my married life and love them. The salt water generator on this is a game changer. Other than adding acid now and then my chemistry has been perfect and easy to take care of. It's a small pool so it's warm. We love it.

We luckily have a friend that's a landscape architect. She's working on plans for the mulch bed plantings. We suck at that sort of thing so we need a plan. She did the pool patio plan as well.

I love the view. How's that shed going to work out down there?
"Some things are apparent. Where government moves in, community retreats, civil society disintegrates and our ability to control our own destiny atrophies. The result is: families under siege; war in the streets; unapologetic expropriation of property; the precipitous decline of the rule of law; the rapid rise of corruption; the loss of civility and the triumph of deceit. The result is a debased, debauched culture which finds moral depravity entertaining and virtue contemptible."

EdmondWith a set up like that, I don't think I'd bother to go into the house.

AquabirdLooks good. Enjoy that.
I had an above ground pool that I had never used. I gave it to my Nephew and Helped him put it in 1 Saturday 6 weeks ago. The boys swim in it everyday, rain or shine.(not much rain this summer in Ohio).
Again love your addition.0

The shed location is not ideal for sure. However I do have a path to it going in front of the house along the lower side. I do have a work bench in it for some stuff. But mostly it’s storage. In winter the lawn equipment will be there and it will be in the garage for summer. The ATV is in the shed and that’s perfect as the trails are out back down the mountain.
