This is on the list of things to get done before fall. I recall a pretty good thread last year on the subject, but it is long gone. I plan to do it myself. Currently looking at the following product, which seems to have good reviews. What else am I missing or could I benefit for advice?

Very expensive. I usually get very good quality stuff at Lowe's for 20 bucks or so a 5 gallon can.
