This Vanon outfit sells replacement batteries for your cordless hand tools etc. I ordered batteries for two of my old cordless tools. Order arrives. One battery is right the other is wrong. I ordered the correct one but they sent the wrong one. I sent them pictures and told them they made a mistake. They said fine return it. I said who pays for the shipping? They said it's my responsibility! THEY screwed up not me. And shipping is such a ripoff nowadays. And what after returning the battery they goof again? Would'nt deal with them in the future.

Thank you. I’ll be sure to avoid them. ——————————————— The fool hath said in his heart, There is no God. Psalm 14:1

People have become used to Amazon's liberal return policies and have forgotten that what the OP's experiencing used to be more the rule than the exception. Many on-line businesses haven't yet gotten the message. Even with Amazon: If it's not Amazon selling the product you might end up on the hook for return shipping. We got nicked for $35 in return shipping that way. (A "waterproof" boat cover that wasn't.) "America is at that awkward stage. It's too late to work within the system,,,, but too early to shoot the bastards." -- Claire Wolfe "If we let things terrify us, life will not be worth living." -- Seneca the Younger, Roman Stoic philosopher

Did you pay for the batteries by credit card? If so, just dispute the charge with the credit card issuer. It's a very simple process. הרחפת שלי מלאה בצלופחים

Keep calling until you get a manager that can send you a shipping label and send you the correct product. Then give them a shit review on google and let them contact you about your non review editing policy. ____________________________ Eeewwww, don't touch it! Here, poke at it with this stick.

I just posted about the same experience ordering window shutters. Items are damaged but they want me to pay return shipping. Currently waiting on a dispute resolution with the credit card company.
